We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while ensuring fairness for both our guests and our business. Please review our cancellation policy below:
1. Customer Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking, the following applies:
- 48 hours or more before departure – Rebooking at no extra cost or a refund minus a 25% booking fee.
- 24 – 48 hours before departure – Rebooking at no extra cost or a refund minus a 50% booking fee.
- Less than 24 hours before departure or after departure time – No refund.
All cancellations must be made via phone or email. Cancellations via social media or messaging apps will not be accepted.
2. Cancellations by
We prioritize safety and reserve the right to cancel or amend any tour due to unsafe weather, water conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. In this case, you will have the following options:
- Full refund minus payment processing fees (if applicable).
- Reschedule to a later date at no extra cost.
- Choose an alternative tour (if available), with the price adjusted accordingly.
If your tour was already rescheduled once at your request and you are unable to rebook again, a refund minus 25% booking fee will apply.
3. No Refunds Will Be Provided If:
- You miss the departure time due to personal reasons (e.g., sleeping late, unexpected illness, travel delays, or vehicle issues).
- You are denied participation due to safety concerns, including:
- Intoxication (alcohol or drugs impairing judgment).
- Health or fitness issues that make the activity unsafe.
- A guide determines it is unsafe for you to proceed on the tour.
